A Case for Action 

There are people; like musicians, poets, performers who have given up their artistic self-expression in order to pursue a “more practical life.” They have lost connection with their artistic community and with themselves. This lack of connection leads to a multitude of conditions including; depression, despair, and living an unhappy, unfulfilled life. 

The predictable future if no action is taken is that these people will continue to live a life that is not fully self-expressed. Like a life of isolation, resignation, a life of missing out. 

What is possible for the future is that people who have arrested their artistic self-expression can meet their community right where they are and participate right now. Create for themselves a regular expression, an opportunity to grow in their art, express themselves and connect with themselves, with others and with their community.
